Important: CATHxpro is provided for education, market observation, and paper trading practice. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

By accessing or using CATHxpro, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Educational Use

Market data, charts, alerts, news, ETF flow context, glossary content, and simulator features are informational tools only. You are responsible for checking data against independent sources before relying on it.

3. Paper Simulator

Virtual positions, win-rate statistics, risk sizing, drawdown review, and journal records are simulated records. They do not represent actual trading, execution quality, brokerage services, or future results.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use CATHxpro lawfully and only for personal, non-abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or misuse the service.
  • Maintain your own backups of important records where appropriate.

5. Availability and Data

Features may change, be delayed, or be unavailable. Market data and news may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or provided by third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CATHxpro is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data issues, or indirect damages arising from app use.
